Everyone Is Fighting A Battle:

A gentle reminder to choose kindness — because you never know what someone is going through. This design is hand-drawn by Uncle Andy using his left hand after a life-changing stroke that caused right sided paralysis. Every order includes a one-of-a-kind, hand-drawn thank-you card made by Uncle Andy — a small reminder that you are seen, valued, and not alone.

Artistic Journey of Andy

Relearning to write left-handed, Andy’s unique hand-drawn images adorn our custom shirts. After a severe stroke, Uncle Andy experienced right-sided paralysis. He learned to write left-handed, turning his challenge into a creative outlet. All shirts are meticulously designed by Andy! Embrace the story behind every stitch.

Thank You and Constructive Feedback

Hello,

Thank you so much for my order. I really do love the messages and what the shirts symbolize. I purchased them because I’m an oncology nurse at a major hospital in Northern California, and many of the messages really resonate with what our patients and their families go through during such difficult journeys.

I truly enjoy supporting special causes and small businesses like yours. I know many of my coworkers would also love the opportunity to support your business and other small businesses that promote such meaningful messages. After seeing so many people go through difficult health journeys, I think these shirts are a wonderful way to spread encouragement, strength, and positivity.

I did want to offer one piece of feedback, and I hope you’ll take it with a grain of salt because it’s genuinely meant to be constructive. While I don’t mind paying the price for the shirts, I would expect a little better quality, especially because these are shirts that I would love to wear frequently in my profession.

Unfortunately, after just one wash, I noticed that the colors had already started to bleed and fade quite a bit. The material also feels fairly thin. That was disappointing because I really love the designs and the meaning behind them, and I would genuinely like to purchase more.

Please don’t take this as a negative review. I’m sharing it because I want to continue being a customer and supporting your journey, and I believe there is an opportunity to make an already meaningful product even better. If the shirt quality improves, I would happily purchase more for myself, and I know several of my coworkers would be interested in supporting your business as well.

Thank you again for what you’re doing and for creating products that carry such meaningful messages. I truly appreciate the mission behind them and wish you continued success. I hope you’ll consider this feedback as coming from a customer who genuinely wants to keep supporting you. ❤️

Best,
Raul

I saw Andy’s account on Instagram and I felt the need to support your company. The Slogan,
Everyone is fighting a Battle…
Hit home for me. My daughter is autistic, non- verbal and self injurious. We felt the need to bring her out in the community to help her be included in society, It’s not always easy. She is currently in a residential school, where she gets the support she needs to be safe. It was a hard decision for me. It sill is. But Andy’s words spoke to me because no one really knows what hard times you are going through. But it’s nice to remind them to care for others. Thank you. Keep doing what you do!!!

I absolutely love the shirt! Not just because my aunt suffered a stroke and fought so hard to get her speech, movement and motions back, but I lost my husband at the age of 48 in his sleep. Waking up to see him staring at me has given me PTSD. I have had to go through events no one should have to endure after losing a spouse. So when you don’t know what someone is going through or just living day to day…we can choose to be the light even if it’s to tell someone to have a nice day. So thank you the card it made me feel special!

In love with Uncle Andy's shirts, and it's great that he's been able to find something he likes doing after his stroke, i like the videos of him singing and folding :) Very soft and light, a little oversized which i happen to like. Washed a few times already (yes, i've worn it that much!) and still looks brand new. And, that's the reason I bought 2 of his t-shirts.
